Now a new cookbook has been published that features the dishes of the Mafia. Though none of her own family was in this less than august organization, Lucia Bettler can recognize a good thing when she sees it, and she wants to share the best of the best with you. Explore this cuisine while learning to make Chicken Scallopini, a Black Olive Appetizer, Sicilian Stuffed Mushrooms, Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese, and Ricotta Cheesecake with Orange and Lemon Zest.
